Packing For a Full Day Out

How Many To Pack for Work? It's the question that stops a lot of people from trying reusable pads in the first place. Nobody wants to get it wrong at 3pm in an office bathroom.

The count depends on 3 things:

  1. How long you're actually out
  2. How often you like a fresh change
  3. What your flow is doing that day

A 9 hour day and a 12 hour day can be quite different, better safe than sorry. So instead of overpacking or hoping for the best, this pack planner quickly gives you a safe estimate out from your real hours.

Tell me your day, we'll count the pads.

A) What time do you plan to leave home?
B) What time do you think you'll be home? Put the time you'll actually walk back in the door, even if that's after dinner or plans.
C) How's your flow today? Whatever heavier means for you. We add 1 extra pad on a heavy day.
D) How often do you like to change? However often feels right to you. This is what sets your count. every 4 hrs
A note on changing: skin does better when it stays dry. Moisture builds up from more than blood, sweat and natural discharge count too, and that buildup is what causes irritation. It's a good habit to change before a pad feels full no matter what you use.

Plus a wet bag if you have one. Fold, stash, zip. That's it and nobody can tell or smell. The bag handles the rest and you can forget about it until you're home.

These are suggestions based on average cases. Ultimately, pack what works for you.

Enyo pads are thin enough that 4 in a bag doesn't feel like 4 in a bag. The good news is ours don't take up the whole bag. The bad news is you still have to have a period.

Made for exactly this kind of day. Have a look at our reusable pads, panty liners, and Wet Dry Bag.
